Before you tell me your story, let me tell you mine…
My name is Kristina. I’ve been and done a lot of things in life, but my greatest achievement is my children. And it’s because of these two boys, that I understand just how important family photography is. But, it is because of these two boys, that I also understand how hard it can be to budget for professional photos. That is why I am so passionate about keeping my services affordable and in reach for more people.
I started studying photography in High School, learning the ins and outs of the darkroom, while shooting my Grandfather’s 1960’s Nikkormat 35mm camera.
I spent a number of years away from photography pursuing other interests, but recently have picked up my cameras again. Although I took photography courses in school, I am mostly self taught. I am always working towards improving my skills, and continuing my education.
I am a stay at home mom, wife, and mother of two amazing boys, both of which are NICU graduates. I have extensive, real-world knowledge relating to keeping these fragile little ones safe. And, I understand just how important capturing these early memories is. I am committed to providing the best images, and experience for you and your family, while keeping the luxury of professional images within reach.
My family and I own a small 5 acre farm just outside of Rockmart, which we are slowly renovating and rehabbing. It is on this farm that I have based my photography business. We have many beautiful outdoor areas, and are in the process of putting in a small in-home studio. By utilizing our acreage, and soon our own studio, it allows me to keep my operating costs down. This savings I am able to pass on to other families, so that they may hopefully be able to capture memories and milestones more often.
